Product Introduction
HBQF-F2 Deep Defluorination Agent is a reagent specially developed to solve the problem of low-concentration fluoride-containing wastewater. It is suitable for the treatment of fluoride exceeding standards in wastewater from various industries, focusing on deep treatment, with stable effluent meeting the standard <1mg/L.
Product Features
1. Specifically for the upgrading of low-concentration fluoride (≤ 20mg/L) wastewater, deep treatment;
2. Compared with other defluorination agents, the dosage is reduced by 30-50%, and the sludge volume is reduced by 30-50%;
3. It can replace resins and adsorbents, greatly reducing the floor space and investment costs;
4. The product has extremely low hardness and is not easy to cause blockage of system pipelines and other components;
5. The product contains no free aluminum ions, and the filter liquor has no impact on the biological system;
6. The treatment equipment is simple, and the effect is visible after adding it, without complicated debugging;
7. The reaction speed is fast, only 10-15 min, and the removal rate can reach more than 98%.

Applications
It can be used for the purification of high-fluoride water and high-oil wastewater, and has wide applications in photovoltaic, organosilicon, dyeing, pharmaceutical, leather, oilfield, and papermaking industries. It is particularly effective in treating low-temperature, low-turbidity, and alkaline water.
Usage
(1) Small-scale test:
1. Detect the fluoride content of wastewater;
2. Add liquid deep defluorination agent HBQF-F2 (the following dosage can reduce fluoride to below 1mg/L);
Raw water fluoride content
Dosage (1L of raw water)
≤ 5mg/L
Fluoride content: Defluorination agent = 1mg/L: 0.1mL Calculate dosage
5mg/L < F ≤ 20mg/L
Fluoride content: Defluorination agent = 1mg/L: 0.15mL Calculate dosage
3. Stir and react for 10 minutes;
4. Adjust the pH value to 6-7 with acid or alkali;
5. Add a certain amount of 1‰ anionic PAM until the mud and water separation is obvious, and then settle;
6. Detect the fluoride content of the supernatant.
(2) On-site use
1. Determine the dosage according to the small-scale test;
2. When treating wastewater on-site, add according to the scheme provided by our company.
Packaging, Storage and Precautions
1. 30T tank truck loading;
2. Store in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated place;
3. The product is acidic (containing a small amount of chloride ions). The storage tank, dosing barrel, pump, and pipeline should be corrosion-resistant. Plastic, resin materials, etc., can be selected, or anti-corrosion treatment can be carried out;
4. When using, wear rubber protective gloves, filter-type protective masks, and protective clothing.
