Product Introduction
High-efficiency phosphorus remover is a cationic inorganic polymer flocculant with multiple hydroxyl groups and polynuclear complexes. It can be rapidly mixed with water at any ratio. Compared with general inorganic composite coagulants, it has a larger molecular weight. When used as a water treatment agent, it has strong adsorption, flocculation bridging, and coagulation precipitation performance. In addition, the floccules are formed quickly and are large, not easily broken, with good re-coagulation properties, fast filtration of settled water, and a wide range of water pH values after sedimentation.
Product Properties
1. High efficiency: Composite polymer, large molecular structure, strong adsorption capacity, better water purification effect than all traditional inorganic water treatment agents;
2. Fast: The floccules formed after being added to raw water are large, the sedimentation speed is fast, the activity is high, and the filtration performance is good;
3. Strong adaptability: Strong adaptability to various raw waters, minimal impact on water pH (pH 4-11). The purification effect is remarkable regardless of the turbidity of the raw water or the concentration of wastewater pollutants;
4. Low dosage: Low impact on equipment, low corrosiveness to pipelines, convenient operation, small dosage, and controllable low purification cost. It is red itself, and excessive dosage can be visually perceived, reducing waste.
Usage
1. Before use, add this product to the dissolution tank at a certain concentration (10-30%), add tap water and stir to fully hydrolyze, let stand until it becomes a reddish-brown liquid, then dilute it with water to the required concentration and add it for coagulation. Water plants can also be prepared into 2-5% and added directly, while industrial wastewater treatment can be directly prepared into 5-10% for addition.
2. Determination and calculation of the dosage: According to the properties of the raw water, it can be determined by production debugging or jar tests according to the appropriate amount of floc formation. Water treatment plants can use the dosage of other agents as a reference. Under the same conditions, the dosage of this product is slightly lower than that of solid polyaluminum oxide and 1/3-1/4 that of solid aluminum sulfate. If a liquid product is used, the appropriate dosage can be determined based on the corresponding concentration of the agent.
3. During use, pump the prepared solution into the metering tank and add it to the raw water for coagulation through metering.
4. Generally, it should be prepared and used on the same day. Tap water is needed for preparation, and slight precipitation is normal.
Packaging and Storage
Solid products are packed in 25Kg bags, with an inner layer of plastic film and an outer layer of plastic woven bag. The product should be stored in a dry, ventilated, and cool indoor place, kept away from moisture, and must not be stored together with flammable, corrosive, or toxic items.
